Refund Policy

Before the First Class

Up to the first class, you can switch your registration to a full credit, with no fee. Or you can take a refund of:

• 100% at 14 or more days before the first class
• 75% at 7–14 days before
• 50% under 7 days before

Refunds are minus a $15 fee.

After the First Class

There are no refunds after the first class, except a prorated credit for a medical withdrawal with a doctor's note.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are not refunded or credited.

If We Cancel a Program

If we cancel a program, you can choose a full refund or a full credit.
